I’m Marika, a female member. I don’t think it usually ends with just the one issue you’re concerned about. What really needs treatment isn’t the face—it’s mostly an illness of the mind. So no matter what the man says, I think he’ll probably still do it. If you can accept everything, including the financial aspect, you can continue seeing him. If not, it’s best to part ways. If I were a man, I’d choose the latter.

I’m BB7, a male member. If she were so unattractive that men would avert their eyes, I wouldn’t try to stop her. But if she’s registered with Yuniba, I assume she’s at least above average in looks. So when she still says, “I want plastic surgery,” my feelings cool off—I find myself wondering, “What is she even aiming for? Is she okay in the head?” So the moment she tells me she wants plastic surgery, I figure I was bad at judging women in the first place, and I say goodbye.

Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well. I think it’s much like a line from Black Jack: “Now listen carefully. No matter what a person’s features look like, everyone has their own individuality. And that individuality is beautiful. To put it simply, I don’t want to operate on your face! Eight hundred years ago, this kind of facial appearance was considered beautiful. Outward beauty changes with fashion all the time.” “I’m not interested in appearances. They can be changed through plastic surgery anyway.” ・ ・ ・ “Things as you were born with are best of all!!” Black Jack is a genius, so he says things that make it sound like anything is possible—but in reality, that isn’t the case. What matters is: “I’m not interested in appearances.” P.S. I added a little more.

I’m Meg, a female member. I’m the type who’d rather they didn’t do it, so if I were a man, I think I’d say something like this: “Won’t that hurt? I’d feel lonely if we couldn’t see each other for a while after the surgery… I think you’re cutest just the way you are now. I’d rather you didn’t do it if possible, but do you really want to?” If a papa (a male supporter) said those things to me, I think I’d reconsider. But if she wants financial support and doesn’t want to end things with just you, she might go through with it. Dear Kamihikōki, That feeling of wanting to be a dog is just so adorable… There, there, there, Plane! (An impromptu nickname.) It made me want to say, “Come here~” (Sorry!)

I’m Date◎Yume, a male member. When both men and women become more financially comfortable, they start thinking about all kinds of things. Younger women, in particular, tend to become more particular about their appearance. The woman I’m currently seeing recently had cosmetic surgery last year. She already had fairly attractive features, so I told her she might be better off working on her inner qualities instead, but she went ahead with it anyway. Her appearance hasn’t changed all that much, so personally, I feel she probably didn’t need the surgery. That said, she has very high standards when it comes to beauty and wants to improve herself even just a little. I understand how she feels, but I can’t help wondering whether simply having that desire is enough. These days, there seem to be plenty of skincare and beauty products available, so I feel those should be sufficient. However, she still isn’t satisfied.

I’m Kamihikoki, a male member. I’m not exactly thrilled about cosmetic surgery, but I’m sure she’s made up her mind, so I can’t really oppose it or say much. These days, cosmetic procedures often seem so subtle that, from a man’s perspective, you can barely tell and wonder whether they’re even necessary. Maybe you can tell when it’s facial contouring? Lately, people seem able to go out sooner than expected after surgery, but it still feels lonely not being able to see her for a while afterward. I wish she’d meet me even if she had to wear a mask, but apparently that’s not how it works. P.S. I’ve never given her money for cosmetic surgery, but I’ve casually handed over a bundle of cash for a dog’s surgery, and money I gave her has even ended up going toward getting a Shiba Inu... Maybe men just don’t see cosmetic surgery as necessary... Why do I feel jealous of that dog, like I’m losing to it? What is this feeling? If possible, I’d like to be a dog...

I’m Seattle, a male member. I’d say, “Do your research and think it through carefully.” If you’re asking whether I’d cover the cost, I suppose it depends on how close we are. I’ve paid for double-eyelid surgery before, though—about ¥100,000.
