We ask about cosmetic surgery even during the initial interview, so it’s best to let us know. That said, failing to disclose it rarely leads to a complaint.
There also seem to be women who undergo cosmetic surgery after registering, so I don’t think you need to worry too much.
There is just one situation that can lead to complaints: breast augmentation.
Apparently, men who have dated a lot of women can tell by touch—and sometimes we receive complaints asking why the club didn’t properly ask about it during the interview.
However, even when a complaint comes in, the club won’t reprimand the woman, so I don’t think you’ll run into any problems by not disclosing it, even when it concerns your breasts.

It may be one way to catch a man’s eye.
But what about the long-term perspective?
Wouldn’t it be better to use that money to develop yourself, improve your skills, or invest in something (such as learning from a mentor like Papuwa)?

You probably don’t need to report it. If having your photos retaken would be better, you’d naturally receive an offer suggesting that.
If you’re already getting offers, though, there’s no need for that either.
