If you’re an AV actress, this may be easier to answer: it really varies.
Some actresses register even though they earn a decent income, while many others join an escort club because they aren’t making enough money.
Some male members may shy away from them, but I think you’ll get more accurate advice if you discuss things more openly and in depth during the interview.
What matters isn’t your rank, but whether you receive offers and whether the arrangement continues.
I hope you’ll give it your best shot.

I’m not sure I fully understand the intent behind the question, but I’ll answer anyway.
Of the women I’ve made offers to, five were adult video actresses. Considering the total number of offers I’ve made, that’s a fairly significant percentage. Two were categorized as Black and three as Platinum.
They all had different personalities, but one thing they had in common was that not a single one disclosed on her profile that she was an adult video actress. The staff may have known, but in my experience, they were all categorized as Platinum or higher, so I think they’re more likely to fall into the Platinum-or-higher category.
Incidentally, adult video actresses come in all different levels. Of the five, two were well-known enough that any AV fan would recognize them, and both were Platinum.
I hope this helps.

I’ve also interviewed AV actresses, and I was honestly amazed by how admirable their outlook was. Many of them take great pride in their work and have a strong sense of purpose, saying things like, “If I can be of some help to society…”
They’re so proud of what they do that some firmly insist that their occupation be listed as “AV actress,” which surprised me.
I imagine that if they held an event, lots of male fans would show up.
Unfortunately, though, when it comes to dating clubs, many men tend to shy away from AV actresses. If their occupation is listed as “AV actress,” they generally don’t receive that many offers.
They end up being treated much like any other woman.
So simply being an AV actress doesn’t mean they’ll be placed in a higher class.
If she’s a top-level AV actress, her class might be raised, but I don’t think it’s best to expect too much.
That said, they tend to make an excellent impression during the interview, so I’d definitely encourage you to come in for one.

I’m a member from outside the major cities, but is she actually registered with the regional branch? I don’t think I’ve ever seen her there...
Or maybe I just don’t know any AV actresses? (lol)

Personally, I avoid AV actresses.
Ah, but I’d make an exception for Jessica Kizaki…
