Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well.
If a man simply proceeds without protection as though it were the natural course of things, or tries to justify it, that means there hasn’t been mutual consent with the woman. That’s absolutely unacceptable and something he must not do.
However, when you say “a man who asks you to,” it sounds like he’s discussing whether the two of you can reach an agreement. So I’m not really sure what would be wrong with that.
As long as the two people have clearly agreed, I don’t think there’s any room for outsiders to interfere in their relationship.
That said, I hope the woman will carefully consider the risks and make sure she won’t regret her decision.

As Mac says:
“Going bareback carries risks such as pregnancy and HIV, so both parties need to think it through carefully and only do it with mutual consent.”
That is, as long as both people understand the risks and agree to it.

It’s hard to judge the man based on just that, but it sounds like the questioner simply isn’t satisfied with him. Why not just end things and move on?
I’m pretty casual about that myself, too.
(Though I’ll stop if someone tells me they don’t like it.)
If I had to point to anything, I’m not really sure what you mean by “justification.” Haha.
I don’t think there’s any such thing.

I don’t mind doing it without a condom, but if there’s no consent, wouldn’t that make you less than human?
I use condoms with everyone from the club except one person. With girlfriends outside the club, I switch between using one and going without.
P.S. Mac, one of my children got pregnant even though we weren’t supposed to be doing it that way… Be careful…
