Rather than asking whether it’s possible, I think it’s better to consider whether you can actually enjoy it.
For a long-term arrangement, I think two or three partners is just about right.

I’ve had as many as around 20 supporters, and this is how it usually goes:
① By the time I get to numbers 18, 19, and 20, meeting them starts to feel like a hassle.
② I start trying to save time by seeing three or four of them together.
③ It becomes too much effort, so I just hand them the money and say goodbye.
④ Feeling like it’s all a waste of time, I overcorrect and break things off with everyone.
⑤ In the end, one or two remain.
That’s the routine.

If you wanted to, you could see ten or more people—twenty-plus if they’re Type C—but realistically, isn’t around five usually enough?
For me, two or three Type A/B women as my main relationships, plus two Type C women I see once or twice a month, would be plenty.
Once you get past ten, I feel like you’d start mixing everything up—the places you went, things you did, foods they disliked, conversations, and events—and getting everything wrong.
“Didn’t you say you hated shrimp the other day...?”
“Huh? I love it!”
P.S. I’m in my late forties, and I’ve started thinking that since I need to earn money, I should use both my time and money while I can, so I won’t have any regrets if something happens. By the time I’m around Mac’s age, time will be even more precious, so I might end up spending every day going on dates with about three people—lunch, dinner, and at night. At that rate, seeing two or three people a day could mean as many as 40 or 50. You really couldn’t do that without a club.

I think it’s possible. However, compared with seeing 10 women once a month each, I find my dating life more fulfilling when I see three women about three times a month each. So, although the women may change from time to time, I usually keep things to around three partners.
What feels most comfortable for me is something like seeing two women three times a month and two others once a month.
There have been times when someone came along and I thought, “This is the only one I need!”—and I ended things with everyone else. But women like that are few and far between.
It’s not something you can force, so I’ll take my time and enjoy each day while I wait♪

Ten monthly arrangements would cost a fair amount, but with ten pay-per-meeting partners, I think it’s doable since the cost would simply be the number of days you meet multiplied by the allowance per meeting.
