That’s a rather difficult question to answer.
It almost feels like you already know the answer and are asking anyway.
Apparently, there’s no problem with ordinary announcers registering, but NHK considers it unacceptable for people in the media industry. Perhaps they simply don’t care if they ruin someone’s life because of it.
It’s an awful situation.
To avoid ruining anyone’s life, I hope male members will follow the rules properly.
Of course, women in that position are kept strictly confidential. We only introduce them to men we can trust.

I don’t think naming a specific company is a good idea.
“Female announcer at the national broadcaster” should be enough, I think.
↑ Well, that doesn’t really narrow it down...
It’s true that things are a little different from commercial broadcasters, but even the national broadcaster has a pretty hard time retaining female announcers.
The average length of time they stay after joining is worlds apart from what it was 20 years ago. They recruit new graduates each time, but compared with the past, the number of applicants itself has dropped considerably.
In regional areas, they sometimes have announcers spend several years in Shibuya to give them more exposure, but most of them end up leaving after getting married.
These days, it’s practically a job they take in order to get married.
(Those involved probably understand exactly what I mean.)
You shouldn’t picture female announcers based on how things were in the past.
