Kida here—I’ll answer as well. I assume this means that this Q&A page and the revamped website are hard to navigate—“drop dead,” basically. I’m sorry. I intended to create a stylish, mobile-first website, but because I butted in despite lacking the necessary knowledge and made all kinds of demands, the design and user flow became confusing. To make matters worse, the loading speed got slower too. As a result, even Google abandoned us, and we fell from fourth place to twelfth. If our ranking doesn’t recover, we’ll be in a very difficult situation. It’s a classic case of, “We should have just left it to the people on the ground.” But there’s no point dwelling on it, so I’ll do everything I can. First, I’ll start by making the screens easier to navigate.
