That said, if you go to work the next day wearing the same outfit, people around you may jump to the conclusion that you stayed over at a man’s place. So the question is whether you’re okay with that.
If you can get home early the next day and change, it shouldn’t be a problem.

As long as it doesn’t cause any inconvenience for the people you’re meeting the next day, it’s perfectly fine to go without bringing a change of clothes.

If it wouldn’t look out of place when you go to work the next day, I think leaving it as is might be unavoidable.
It’s winter now, so you’re wearing a coat anyway… And if you can change into your work clothes at the office, there shouldn’t be a problem（笑).
