“We don’t meet often enough to set up a monthly arrangement.” → Regardless of whether you meet, you could simply give her the full month’s allowance upfront.

The word “a hassle” caught my attention. Regardless of the method, as a woman, I’d be happy if you added a little expression of gratitude, such as, “Thank you for coming to see me today.”
I’d want to see a man like that again, and I’d also do my best to make sure we both enjoy the time we spend together.

If you don’t want to be stingy, why not give her a monthly allowance? “All-you-can-eat” doesn’t mean a monthly arrangement.
That’s assuming, of course, that you’d rather not deal with it every time.
