We heard from our programmer:
“DNS cache may be the cause.
If you’re using a smartphone, restarting it should clear the DNS cache.

① If the issue is caused by the DNS cache
Turn your smartphone off and then turn it back on.
This may clear the DNS cache.
② If the issue is caused by cached redirect information
From Safari’s menu bar, select “Safari” > “Preferences.”
Click the “Privacy” icon.
Click “Manage Website Data.”
Use the “Search” field to find the name of the website that is redirecting you. Select the relevant website and click “Remove.”
All data saved for that website, including its cache and cookies, will be deleted. As a result, you may be signed out of the website or its behavior may change.
Click “Done,” then close Safari’s Preferences.
If the problem persists, repeat the steps above. However, instead of clicking “Remove” for the website that is redirecting you, click “Remove All” to delete the data saved for every website visited in Safari.
Here’s how to clear the cache mentioned in ①.
◆ Windows OS
Enter `ipconfig /flushdns` in the Command Prompt to clear the DNS cache.

◆ Mac OS
The command differs depending on the Mac OS version. For version 10.7 and later, use the following command:

$ sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
```
◆ Android devices and iPhones
Turn your smartphone off and back on to restart it. This will clear the DNS cache.
However, the behavior may vary depending on the OS version.
On Android, you may also be able to delete cached data by going to “Storage” under the device settings and tapping “Cached data.” However, as shown on the screen, this deletes the cached data for all applications, not just DNS, so please be aware of that.
◆ Web browser (Google Chrome)
To clear the DNS cache in Google Chrome on a computer, enter `chrome://net-internals/#dns` in the address bar.
Then click the “Clear host cache” button.
