Are you saying that any woman without an offer would be fine?
If so, just tell a staff member that you’d like them to recommend a woman who meets your terms, and they can make a selection for you.
However, in reality, isn’t your personal preference more important than the terms?
Even if we introduce someone as a woman without an offer, if you then say she isn’t your type, the introduction becomes pointless.
I think it would be best to first give some thought to what your top priority is.
