As Seattle mentioned, Universe is closed over the New Year holidays, so even if you make an offer during that period, you won’t receive a response until after the holidays.
This year, unusually, they’re also carrying out extended server maintenance, so I don’t think offers can be made while the maintenance is underway.

I'm a male member based in Seattle.
Universe is closed from December 31 through January 2, so at this point, the only option is to make an offer on January 3. I considered making the offer on the 3rd and meeting on the 5th, but things will probably be crowded and take time, and she may just be lounging around at home.
