One of the membership requirements is being “gentlemanly.” But if your goal is to get intimate without paying, or you think you’re attractive enough that you shouldn’t have to pay, then I have to wonder whether you really meet that requirement. It also seems like your goal is different from what the club is for. If you’re looking for a relationship without money involved, then you’re essentially looking for ordinary romance or a partner. In that case, using a dating app would make more sense, since you’d be meeting people with the same intentions. With someone you meet through a dating club, it’s normal for an allowance to be involved. If, after dating for six months or a year, the relationship naturally becomes one without an allowance, I’d say that’s because the man’s appeal made it happen. But wanting to stop paying after only around the second date clearly means you’re not suited to a dating club. You’d only cause trouble for the women, so I think it’s best not to join.

I’m Saito, the column writer♪ There are certainly women who don’t ask for an allowance and women who genuinely fall in love, so I was about to say, “Please do your best too, questioner...” But after reading U.S.T.’s answer, I thought, “That makes sense.” Still, I hope you’ll join and let us know how it goes. That said, Universe also has plenty of male members who are attractive and can offer generous allowances... I’m not quite sure what they’re being compared to. Do people mistakenly assume that we members use dating clubs because we aren’t popular in our everyday lives and have to rely on money?

However, I’ve never had a relationship progress beyond the second meeting without money being involved. So I hope you’ll join and, even if you’re confident in your appeal, work toward building relationships that involve financial support.
