That said, even if you have to fake it, please pretend to be happy for them!
There have been men who tell women they’re going on their first date after joining, despite having met dozens of women before. And there are women who hide their profiles from specific men to make it look as though they’ve left.
I think those games of mutual deception—trying to fool each other while being fooled yourselves—are part of the fun, too♪

There are actually quite a lot of men who use “quitting the site” as a scam.
They’ll say they’re leaving, but continue seeing multiple women.
I’m sure there are some who genuinely aren’t like that, but I think they’re very much in the minority.

Not many, but there are certainly some.
Naturally, they may also hope that the woman will leave the club, and it seems they sometimes hint at those feelings.
(Pressuring someone to leave is against the rules.)

If the woman I’m seeing were considering leaving the club, taking a break, or no longer accepting offers, I would seriously consider taking a break as well.
Otherwise, since you’re such a wonderful woman, there’s a good chance he’s only saying that because he feels that way about you.
Women in particular—especially those in the B or C categories—tend to receive a lot of offers, so men will naturally assume they’re going on dates with plenty of other people too. They’ll then try to show how serious they are, hoping you’ll develop special feelings for them.
I doubt many men would actually leave the club just because they found a good woman. So unless you’re also considering leaving or taking a break, I think it’s best to just let comments like that go in one ear and out the other.
