I contacted the branch earlier, but… They told me: “I’m very sorry. In accordance with our guidelines on protecting personal information and club rules, we’re unable to assist with arrangements outside of officially scheduled appointments (>ω<) Thank you for your understanding. m(__)m” I was told this. I’m crying. What should I do…? *cries* I’d really appreciate your advice.
