Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well. Having an unusually bright hair color is a disadvantage. I recommend dyeing your hair black before coming to the interview. Your other clothing generally isn’t a major concern, but if you wear jeans or other denim on the bottom, you’ll receive fewer offers, so I recommend wearing a skirt. The club does have a few outfits available, but if you come expecting to borrow one, you may end up having your photos taken in a sexy outfit with a low-cut neckline. If the club is busy with interviews and there isn’t enough time, they might take your photos in whatever you’re wearing. Then you could end up thinking, “Wait, wasn’t I supposed to borrow an outfit? What happened?”—and feel that things didn’t go as planned. Some branches also have swimsuits, so you could ask if you’d like to have swimsuit photos taken, but… Basically, your acceptance or rejection won’t be decided by the clothes you arrive in. However, your hair color can affect the result, so please keep that in mind.

When it comes to hair color, I prefer inconspicuous black hair. Striking hairstyles and outfits look extremely unnatural and draw attention when we’re together. We’re not celebrities, so while I want to avoid standing out, I’d appreciate it if you could spare me from attracting quite that much attention. I can’t say there’s absolutely no chance of someone recognizing you, but I think the likelihood is low.

I think the most popular look is a refined, natural style with black hair. If you have attractive features, it would be a shame to keep your hair so flashy. As for the photo, it’s not impossible, but with around ten new registrations every day, we don’t really look at each person that closely.
