I went in for an interview around the 15th, and I have a question about the female member introduction pages for each branch.
Is it not necessarily the case that everyone gets listed on those pages?
Are the more attractive women selected and featured??
Or are members simply uploaded in order because there are so many registered members??
I’d appreciate your answers.

The branch staff decide independently who gets featured, so it’s not guaranteed that everyone will be posted.
In fact, there may be more people who aren’t featured. You could probably work out the posting rate by comparing the number of photos with the monthly number of new registrations, so try counting them and you might get an idea.
That said, questions about being featured come up regularly, just when we’ve forgotten about the last one.
Does everyone really want to be featured there?
The photos don’t show their faces because they’d be in trouble if someone recognized them.
If so many people want to be featured, I guess there must also be people who wouldn’t mind showing their faces? I’m not really sure.
Incidentally, we once posted a photo of someone whose registration had been rejected, and they complained to us. (We deleted it immediately.)
I’ve even thought, “If you’re going to feature them, why not let them register? What are the criteria?”

It seems the staff decide on their own who gets featured, but newcomers apparently get listed for a certain period without exception.
