Thank you for your question! Kida here with my answer. It’s a difficult but excellent question! I’m not sure how helpful my answer will be, though. When we use words like “cute” or “sexy” to describe women in our work, we judge them from the perspective of whether male members would find them “cute” or “sexy.” So regardless of whether she’s a female employee or in her twenties, we don’t treat “cute” as a matter of personal taste. We look at it from the perspective of what appeals to the industry—something we’ve learned over time. I’ll answer your question about “sexy” from the members’ perspective, rather than based on our own personal preferences. There are three women who have really stayed with me. We placed all of them in the Black class, even though the other employees wondered, “Why are they Black?” One was a 37-year-old woman with a G cup who worked as an ordinary office worker. She said she had done some modeling when she was 20, but she wasn’t flashy at all. She gave the impression of an ordinary housewife. Why did I find her sexy? I’m not sure… I can only describe it as instinct. The second was a woman around 27 who worked as a clothing designer. If I hadn’t interviewed her, she probably would have been placed in the Gold class. Her sexiness came from her fresh, transparent quality. She had a bright smile and none of the mannerisms typically seen in women who come for interviews at dating clubs. After just one date, she immediately contacted us to say, “I met someone wonderful, so I’m going to leave the club.” The third was a woman in her late thirties in the Standard class. Why did I find her sexy? I’m not sure… I simply felt something uniquely sexy about her. She was exceptionally talented in a certain field, but never boasted about it. She was someone who made me feel what you might call “sexiness that comes from within.” Through my work, including my previous job, I’ve had opportunities to meet fairly well-known models. I’ve also tried to learn how to see through to a woman’s true nature. The conclusion I came to is that “your inner self is the innermost layer of your outward appearance.” I think I now understand, at least to some extent, why inner radiance is emphasized in the Miss Universe selection process. So this may not have been helpful at all, but my point is simply: women whose sexiness comes from within are wonderful.
