I also have people I just don’t seem to click with. It’s more trouble than it’s worth to force yourself to give her money and spend time with her. Move on to another woman as soon as possible. Otherwise, you’ll just run into more trouble. Honestly, I’m almost looking forward to seeing what the next problem will be.

I’m not sure what kind of bag it was, but if it was the usual type that opens at the top, it seems possible that it simply fell in by accident. > What could I have said to make her believe me when I told her it wasn’t me? It’s a difficult situation, but if you’re prepared to fight it out, you could say: “I didn’t even touch it. Check whether anything is actually missing. If you’re worried, fingerprint kits are sold pretty cheaply, so why don’t you use one to check? If you want, I’ll even go to the police with you right now and have them preserve the evidence. Investigate as thoroughly as you need to until you’re satisfied.” That seems like it would work—though that’s just what I would do myself, haha. Normally, you probably wouldn’t want to take things that far, so something like: “Come on, there’s no way I’d do something like that. Truuust me♡” might work too. It doesn’t really solve the problem, but if it was truly unavoidable, there’s not much point in worrying about it.
