Normally, men don’t mind if you don’t do anything, so I think it’s fine to just act as you usually do.
That said, if you’d like to do something, many men would probably be happy if the woman put it on for them, for example.
The issue is that if you seem too accustomed to it, some men may become suspicious—wondering if you’ve worked in the adult entertainment industry, for instance. So coming across as if you’re not used to it will probably make a better impression.

It probably depends on the person, but I find it kind of kills the mood when I have to put on a condom myself… I’d rather have the woman put it on for me, or at least help me with it if possible, so I don’t lose the mood.
