If I previously went through the membership screening and was rejected, would I be unable to attend a second interview?

I wanted to somehow give her another chance at an interview, but apparently the reason she had failed was related to her being a Dating Type A. By the time she wanted to try again, quite a while had passed, but she said she couldn’t consider Dating Type B and wanted to stick with Type A. I also saw her photos. If she had been a Dating Type B or C, she probably could have registered without any issue. However, because she was so adamant about being Type A, I couldn’t make an exception and arrange an interview for her.
