You may be better off getting an answer from a staff member in the international division, but the Universe Club system itself isn’t designed for women to search for men. Basically, it’s a system where you wait for an offer from a man. So, in this case, you’d have to keep waiting for an offer from a white papa (a male supporter). Of course, if the international staff take a liking to you, they may be able to promote you to registered white men. However, normally, as mentioned above, the system is based on waiting. That said, I believe there have been white men registered with the club, so it might be worth registering and waiting.
