If the password has somehow become invalid, the branch may be able to resolve the issue by resetting it. (Passwords are encrypted, so we can’t see them on our end either; they would need to be reset.) > Does this mean that female members who haven’t received an offer for more than six months are automatically withdrawn? Some branches contact them and proceed with the withdrawal, but I believe those branches are in the minority. If there has been no confirmation to continue every six months, the account may temporarily be marked as withdrawn in the system. However, this is simply a measure to avoid exaggerating the number of female members. In reality, they have not necessarily withdrawn, and there is a good chance their membership can be reinstated once they contact us. I say “a good chance” because if several years have passed, the branch may ask them to come in once first.

Didn’t the club contact them? On the profiles of the female members I can see, anyone who’s been registered for over six months has a note from the club saying, “Their continued membership has been confirmed.” So I believe the club confirms whether they wish to remain members even if they haven’t received any offers.
