I’m Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office, and I’ll answer this as well.
I’m not really sure why you would take that as a way of turning you down. I think she simply meant that she wants 200,000 yen.
If it was just an excuse to reject you, I feel like you’d have to offer something around 1 million yen for it to count as one in this world.

I’m new here, in my 30s.
I think it’s difficult to look at this solely from the perspective of whether it’s a way of turning someone down. In this case, if the male member agrees to the two-handed allowance, does that mean he’ll proceed to an arrangement with her?
For women who are Platinum level or above, attractive, and work in entertainment, asking for a two-handed allowance seems fairly normal.
If I look at it pessimistically, though, I wonder if there are cases where a woman quotes a higher amount, basically saying, “It would be tough for you unless you give me two hands.”

I feel exactly the same way.
If that kind of conversation comes up, she would be beyond the range of what I’m comfortable with in an arrangement.
No matter how impressive her credentials are, I’d say, “I’ll leave her to the other male members.”
She isn’t the kind of woman I’m looking to date.

If she’s a Platinum member, has already found a generous papa, and feels that taking on any more would be too exhausting, she might say so.
If you think she’s worth it, offer more. If you want to win her over, offer even more. And you’re free to hold back, too. It’s a free world.
