Depending on the staff member, they may think of a compatible male member and handle the introduction themselves, so you may end up working exclusively with them for a period of time. I’ve also had female members who continued to rely on me and look up to me until they graduated. However, I don’t want to think of it as simply prioritizing customers who pay us—that is, our male members. For female members as well, I believe it’s very important for your future papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) experience to have the staff on your side. Choose carefully.
