What is the turnover rate among Universe Club staff within their first year of employment?

The person asking is the man who was recently given a dressing-down by the representative for “constantly dating multiple women, one after another.” I read a women’s column by Leaf in which they wrote something to the effect that “before you know it, you become a woman who always thinks in terms of money, and once you’ve stepped into a dating club, that’s a sad but unavoidable consequence” (or at least, that was my interpretation). It got me thinking about that kind of irreversible change in one’s mindset, which has happened to me as well. Does anything similar happen to the staff, and are there people who end up leaving because they can’t cope with it?
