I once went on at length here in the anonymous Q&A about the magic of bra sizes and breast size, but I wonder if that post has disappeared somewhere.
I believe I explained that depending on the band size, a C cup can actually be larger than an E cup. (Laughs)

I recommend going to a lingerie store and having yourself measured. The store staff are lingerie professionals, so they can tell you your correct bra size.
If you report that size, you’ll have solid grounds for it, so I don’t think there will be a problem. When you measure yourself, you may get it wrong, and as I mentioned above, cup size alone doesn’t necessarily tell you how large someone’s breasts are. So I don’t think you need to worry too much.
You may feel that simply stating your lingerie size isn’t enough, but it would be more concerning if someone self-reported a size that differed from the size of the bra they actually wear.
If a man were to say, “Her bra size doesn’t match the cup size listed on Universe. I even have photographic evidence, so make her leave,” we wouldn’t be able to protect the woman.

I think it’s perfectly fine to list your bust size honestly.
Personally, I’ve never made an offer based on bust size.
It’s just one small part of the overall picture, and it carries very little weight.
I suppose I’d say it’s nice to have, but not essential.

Personally, I’d appreciate it if women listed how their breasts actually look rather than just their bra size.
Of course, I don’t choose women based solely on breast size. But when I’ve seen someone who looks about like a B cup write “D cup” on her profile, I’ve sometimes thought, “Oh, I guess she wants offers badly enough to exaggerate a little.”

As Papua and Seattle pointed out, the A, C, and so on used for women’s busts are bra sizes, so I don’t think they’re a good way to describe how large someone’s breasts look.
I’d hate it if men’s underwear were labeled A, C, and so on according to penis size, so I can understand how stressful that must be for women.
By the way, condoms actually come in different sizes—not by length, but by width. Measure the circumference around the thickest part of the penis with a tape measure: 9.7–10.0 cm = S, 10.6–11.3 cm = M, 11.9–13.1 cm = L, and 13.8–17.8 cm = XL.
The size commonly sold is M, so if a man who needs an S wears one during sex, it may slip off easily. That can lead to a pregnancy despite using a condom, or the woman accusing him, “You took it off partway through, didn’t you?!” If you know you’re on the thinner side, I think it’s better to buy S-size condoms yourself and carry them with you.
By the way, mine is a little over 13 cm, so I use L size. I’m not as big as a Black man, but I’m fairly thick, and apparently that makes women happy. Papua, I’m looking forward to our date next week(^^).

Based on your question, I’m guessing you’re a Type B–D—someone open to an adult relationship (intimate). Perhaps you’re worried that, when the situation arises, your partner might think your breasts are smaller than expected.
However, men have all kinds of preferences, ranging from those who prefer bigger breasts (and don’t mind a fuller figure) to those who prefer smaller breasts. To put it bluntly, some men also place importance on breast sensitivity. Others seem to care more about breast shape.
Of course, everyone has their preferences, but personally, I don’t think it’s right to judge someone by breast size. Overall compatibility—including your personality and inner qualities—matters more than size alone. So I think it’s perfectly fine to list the same size as the bra you normally wear.

Even if men know it refers to the difference between the bust and underbust measurements, they tend to picture the actual visual size.
So, to avoid disappointing them when they see you, I think it’s perfectly fine to understate your size a little.

In the past, I made an offer to a model who was supposedly an F cup.
I was really looking forward to it, but… does that refer to her bust measurement?
I was very disappointed.
On the other hand, when I made an offer to a woman listed as a C cup, I was pleasantly surprised, thinking, “Isn’t she more like an E?”
Women’s bra sizes versus their actual size are such a mystery.
Could it be that you just look smaller, but aren’t actually small?
Now I have even more questions.
If anyone knows the answer, please enlighten me.
