I’m Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office, and I’ll answer as well. I believe they’re sorted by newest first. That said, “newest” seems to be based on the timestamps for when a new answer was posted, when it was changed to visible, when it was edited, or when it received a like. In other words, they appear to be sorted by whichever of those timestamps is the most recent. I don’t know the exact algorithm—you’d have to ask the person who created it—but based on experience, that seems to be how it works. For example, when an answer receives a like, it seems to be treated as newly updated and moved toward the top.

I sometimes get confused while reading them, so could someone please clarify? In most cases, they seem to be displayed with the newest answers first. However, there are some cases where an answer appears below one posted later. Since there’s also an editing function, perhaps someone who had already answered edited their response, making it appear as though they answered later. I don’t think the answers are shuffled, though.
