I was a little surprised when I read the other answers, because they differed from my understanding.
Actually, there is one profession that qualifies for an automatic one-class promotion—sometimes even two classes—but I’ll keep it to myself since there’s not much point in mentioning it here. (笑)
Since that’s a bit too secretive, I’ll share another condition: women with a G-cup or larger also receive a one-class promotion.
You might be wondering, “What does that even mean?” But we do actually receive offers, so they’re placed in the class corresponding to the offers they receive.
