However, women usually decline, so the arrangement doesn’t end up being set up.
If she turned you down in particular, the chances are practically zero.
Unfortunately, I think it would be best to give up on this one. There are women who are a better match for you. I think you’d be better off looking for an opportunity to meet someone like that.
Also, if you have an idea why she turned you down, try to improve on whatever went wrong so you don’t repeat the same mistake next time.
