If you equate “refined and innocent” with being inexperienced, then honestly, I wouldn’t assume that a woman who has been registered for a long time, seems popular, or has four or five stars is “surely the refined, innocent type.”
If she still receives offers, I don’t think they’re being made because the man expects her to be that type, so there’s no need to pretend to be.

“I’m known for my refined, innocent image, so I don’t want anyone to find out when I registered~”—women really can be quite calculating, can’t they?
Some men probably don’t mind as long as they’re fooled successfully, while others want to know the truth and would rather avoid a fake innocent type.
You can keep selling yourself as the refined, innocent type, but once you get older, you’ll just come across as a painfully unconvincing imitation. You might want to completely reinvent your image and try appealing to a whole new target demographic!

The registration date is being displayed too.
As you said, that can be a problem for women who want to present themselves as refined and innocent.
I think it would be a good idea to submit this feedback through LINE or another channel to the branch where you registered. If you address it to President Kida, your request may reach him directly rather than stopping at the branch.
Actually, so the president doesn’t get overwhelmed, please address it to Maezawa instead. (笑)
In the past, there was also a decision to hide the number of dates women had been on. I imagine that came from similar feedback: women wanted to maintain a refined image and felt uncomfortable with men knowing how many dates they’d had.
However, even if we receive requests like this, the number of dates is also something men want to know, so we have to consider how to strike a balance.
I can’t say whether submitting your request will lead to an improvement, but I still think it’s worth voicing your opinion.

If it makes you uncomfortable, I don’t think you need to force yourself to continue seeing him.
The man may not have meant anything by it, and sometimes men don’t realize that something they said has hurt a woman without them knowing.
I have that tendency myself, so I actually appreciate women who can casually say things like, “Oh, that hurt.”
