I had an interview and had my photos and videos taken. Is it still possible to be rejected after the shoot?

Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here. For interviews, the basic practice is to take both photos and videos before making a decision. Some staff may decide to reject someone the moment they walk in, but as they talk with them, they may feel that things could work out. Or after taking photos, they may think the person has potential, and after filming a video, they may feel that it looks good. That said, it’s still possible to be rejected even after the photos and video have been taken. However, some staff won’t film a video if they already feel things will be difficult. So, if they went as far as filming a video, I’d say there’s a good chance you passed, though...
