Recently, even when I submit a post-date survey, I don’t receive any response from the club.

I seem to remember that in the past, whenever I submitted a survey, the staff member in charge would share their thoughts or comments. Also, lately, I feel that members’ survey results are being updated on the website less often. Since we’re completing these surveys at the club’s request, I’d like them to continue the positive practices they used to have, such as replying to survey responses and updating the website.
