I’m Saito, the column writer ♪ It’s cramped. The air conditioner blows directly on you (and it’s a low-end unit). I don’t really like the idea of having someone do laundry there. It’s uncomfortable for two people to sleep in the bed. For these reasons, I’m not a fan.

You might wonder why, since LINE is just a communication tool, but perhaps it’s because it’s such an important part of their personal life. If so many women feel that way about LINE, I think having things take place at her home would be quite difficult. It would be especially unlikely right after meeting, or after only a few meetings. (Of course, there are exceptions.) But we’re all human. If the relationship continues for a long time and you build mutual trust, I think it could become possible. It might be worthwhile to focus on how you can build that trust. Also, as others have mentioned, if you provide her with an apartment to live in, you may be able to fulfill your wish.
