I can’t really answer because the “…” in “As for having an intimate relationship…” is unclear.
As Seattle suggested, perhaps she means Type A, but the later wording—“I have a surgical scar on my stomach, but it’s so faint you can hardly tell”—could also imply that she anticipates being seen undressed.
This is just my speculation, but if what she means is:
“I’m 39, but given my line of work, I think my appearance is fine. I do have a surgical scar on my stomach, but it’s so faint you can hardly tell, so even if things became intimate, I don’t think my appearance would be bad enough to disappoint a man once we got into bed. That said, it would take a bit of courage for me to have an intimate relationship, so I’m thinking of starting with Type B. Do you think I might receive any offers?”
then I think there’s a good chance she would receive offers.
Anyway, that’s my instinctive take on it.

When you say “no physical relationship...” do you mean an A plan without intimacy?
At that age, getting an A plan may require you to be exceptionally attractive.

There are women registered even at an older age, so from that perspective, I think your age should be fine.
I believe I once read in the Q&A that the club accepts women they think are likely to receive offers, even if they’re older.
I’d suggest attending the interview first and leaving the decision up to the club.
