I’m a male member.

Suppose a female member is suddenly threatened one day with, “I’m going to tell your school—or workplace—that you’re involved in this kind of activity,” and is sent a photo that may or may not be enough to identify her. Let’s say she consults the police. I don’t know how far the police would go at that point, but assuming they at least hear her out, if they ask her, “Do you have any idea who the perpetrator might be?” I imagine she would tell them about the male members she had previously dated—possibly several of them. Since she wouldn’t know those men’s real names or addresses, I assume the police would come to the club to question them. If so, is it correct to understand that male members who had previously had an amicable relationship with the woman could suddenly be questioned by the police about something they had no knowledge of—for example, receiving a call from the police on their mobile phone, at work, or at home, or even being discreetly investigated? Or, when the situation is this unclear, would the club generally refrain from disclosing the male members’ personal information to the police? I’m willing to cooperate fully with any investigation. However, it would be a great help if the police could be considerate and contact me discreetly, such as by calling my mobile phone. In a situation like this, would it be difficult for the club to ask the police to handle things that way?
