In rare cases, a woman’s profile may be hidden because the club can’t reach her after registration due to a typo or technical issue. Or her data may get misplaced somewhere, leaving her registration incomplete even though it was supposed to go through. If the club is having trouble because they can’t get in touch, reaching out may help. And it’s probably better than being left wondering what happened. I think it would be best to ask them directly.
