I hesitate to approach amazing Black- or Platinum-level women because I assume they receive so many offers that there’s no place for someone like me anymore. What’s the highest number of offers one woman has ever received—roughly how many dates were arranged?

Kida here. I’ll answer assuming this question is from a male member. As for the highest number of offers I’ve seen for one woman, it was about 42 men in a year. I once asked her, “Are you still seeing these men?” She replied, “Yes, I’m still in touch with most of them. But there are also some I haven’t been able to see because our schedules never seem to line up.” I couldn’t really understand it myself, but apparently it was normal for her. She was a woman in the Platinum Class who left the club two years ago. The reason she received so many introductions was that she was always reachable and very flexible with her schedule. She was just a regular college student. She didn’t seem to have an unusual attitude toward money, and she didn’t seem troubled or emotionally unwell at all. She said that men who continued seeing her naturally had a kind of priority, and that she wouldn’t turn down a date simply because the allowance was low. If a man knew he was just one of 42, he’d probably feel uncomfortable, but she never gave off that impression at all. Now, about whether there’s any room for you in the picture. I understand how you feel. I’d probably feel the same way. I was going to write, “What do you mean, whether there’s room for you? Other people don’t matter! There’s no point worrying about her past men or other potential papas! Just focus on what you can control and move forward!” But, well… yeah, I get it. Women often belong to multiple dating clubs at the same time. I also suspect that most of them use papa-katsu apps. And if they frequent places like girls’ bars or upscale matchmaking lounges, they may meet men there as well. They might also attend group dates with people from trading companies or advertising agencies. Compared with that, even if we assume there are as many as ten rivals at a dating club, I think only a handful of those relationships actually continue. We don’t know whether she’s receiving a flood of offers, and given all of the above, I feel it’s probably best not to worry too much about whether there’s room for you and instead follow your instincts. Still, I’d feel bad if that led you to waste money on a setup fee. Since you may not have much of a chance with her anyway, how about searching for hidden gems among the niche Gold or Standard members?
