Reading this post, I suddenly realized something: We tell the men what they’re not allowed to do, but I don’t think we’ve been telling the women, “If a man does something like this, it violates the rules.” I believe we explain the rules for men to the men, and the rules for women to the women. So now that you mention it, even if a man is violating the rules, the women have no way of knowing whether it actually counts as a violation. But if that’s the case, it seems like only the people reading the Q&A box will know the truth. The original meaning is a little different, but it’s starting to feel like: “Those who sit back and take their rights for granted are not protected by the law.” I wish we could change things in that regard, but we already have a lot to cover in the explanations, profile interviews, and meetings, so I’m not sure whether we can add anything else.
