Each woman’s profile has a comments section that isn’t visible to her. That’s where the questions from the “mistress assessment” and her answers are posted.
Men can check that section to see whether she completed the assessment—and, if she did, view her answers exactly as submitted.

I’m だて◎ゆめ, a male member.
The “mistress profile” is posted on each member’s introduction page.
It appears right after the comments from the club, under the member’s answers to the mistress profile questionnaire.
There are 10 items in total.
It also seems that there are several different versions of the questionnaire.
Perhaps the questions are being revised over time? I’ve noticed that some of the items differ slightly.
In my case, I read the mistress profile and use it as a reference when making an offer, based on what I feel their views and preferences might be.
