“I’d like to meet at least for dinner at first!”
“When I tell them I’m on my period, they say they’d rather not meet.”
Based on these two phrases, I’m guessing—though there’s very little information, so I could be completely off—that somewhere along the way, you may be giving off the impression or attitude that you only want dinner.
The men may have thought you would change as the relationship progressed, but when you didn’t, they may have decided to look for someone else.

Compatibility plays a part here, too, so it’s possible you simply weren’t compatible with the men you’ve met so far.
The next man you meet may be a good match and it could turn into a long-term relationship, so I don’t think you should label yourself too quickly.
That said, if there’s another reason besides compatibility, it would be useful to know what it is. But from this message alone, it’s impossible to tell what went wrong, and without knowing the cause, it seems difficult to figure out how to improve.
How about asking one of the men you saw for three months to meet you once more, saying you don’t need any money, and asking him what you did wrong?
It may be difficult for him to say, but if he realizes that you’re asking seriously and genuinely want to improve going forward, he may be willing to tell you at least some of the truth, even if not everything.

If you enjoy talking with someone, the relationship tends to last. So it might help to try sharing the same hobbies or make an effort to find common topics to talk about.
That may even be more important than sexual compatibility.
