I heard that low-tier members can only see part of the blacklisted profiles. What percentage of the entire blacklist can low-tier members view?

Also, I’m not entirely sure what difference it makes how much of the Black membership someone on the Standard plan can see—though personally, I think it would be fine even if they could see 0%.
