Getting back to the main point, I believe the article on the Kawasaki blog was written from a personal and emotional perspective—with the intention of protecting women from being hurt.
Since interviews are conducted by people, not robots or machines, it’s only natural for emotions to be involved. In fact, I believe coordinators should conduct interviews with genuine feelings and consideration.
