Shouldn’t there be some form of income verification as a membership requirement for male members?

Maezawa from the President’s Office here. I think one of the good things about Universe is that proof of income isn’t a requirement. So if you want proof of income to be a condition, you’d probably be better off with another club. SALON does require proof of income, so why not apply there? > It’s pretty difficult to find people earning around 4 million yen a year, though. That’s true—it probably is difficult. If someone earning 4 million yen can spend 1 million yen a year, then the amount they spend on women is the same, right? It’s even possible that someone earning 4 million yen might offer a woman a higher allowance. (Some people earn a lot but try to set the allowance based on the going rate for dating apps, and some receive a lot of negative feedback because of it.) People with higher incomes generally have more financial flexibility, so I’m only saying that there can be exceptional cases.
