As for the amount of “¥1 million a month,” I assume that’s simply what the woman honestly wants, and since other respondents have already touched on the phrase “I want to earn money,” I’ll set that aside.
What I’d ask is: “Does she have the appeal—or value—to receive ¥1 million a month? And if so, what exactly makes her worth it?”
How easily your schedules line up is also important. If she’s too busy to meet, it would be difficult because what she’s asking for wouldn’t be proportionate to what she can offer. Depending on the circumstances, I might even decide not to accept her.

Regardless of the amount, once someone says, “I want to make money,” I’d probably say something like, “At that point, this isn’t really a job, so I think it’ll be difficult.”
That said, if an incredibly beautiful woman came along saying, “I’d like about one million yen,” I might end up saying,
“It might be possible.”
After all, it’s about the world shared by the two people involved, so anyone has a chance.
