It feels like there are far too few member reviews from both men and women compared with the number of arrangements being made. Of course, I don’t have access to the actual data, but that’s my impression based on the club’s reports that it’s busy making arrangements.

Maezawa from the President’s Office here. At the moment, we don’t have any particular measures in place to increase the number of feedback submissions. For example, even if the club made it a rule that everyone must submit feedback, I don’t think feedback written unwillingly would be very meaningful. At the very least, I feel that comments from members who genuinely want to share their feedback are more valuable than feedback submitted under pressure. That said, there do seem to be some members who aren’t aware that the feedback feature exists, so that may be something we should address somehow. Still, I imagine most people know about it, don’t they?
