I believe you may actually be referring to the transportation fee you receive after the meal, rather than the allowance. Is that correct?
And is the column written by a man the one titled “Reconsidering Transportation Fees Scientifically”?

If it’s a different column, I’d appreciate it if you could let me know which one—for example, by saying, “I mean this column.”
As for the transportation fee, club rules require it to be given upfront. If there are men who don’t pay it upfront, that’s extremely problematic—it’s a violation of the rules.
Someone who breaks one rule is highly likely to break others as well. They may even be violating other rules, such as taking covert photos.
However, we can’t know about rule violations unless a woman contacts us. If you suspect a rule has been broken, please let us know in your feedback after the date.
If it concerns the transportation fee, it would be helpful if you could simply write something like, “I received the transportation fee afterward.”
> Is this a rule that isn’t widely known?
Every man knows about it. There’s no one who doesn’t. If a man claims he didn’t know, he’s lying to get himself out of the situation.
