Some female members still don’t have a re-registration comment listed even six months after signing up, and some haven’t updated their photos or other details in over a year. Are they still active members? Is it possible to make them an offer?

I’m not sure which woman you’re referring to, so I can’t say which applies, but there are cases where a profile hasn’t been removed because the six-month confirmation wasn’t completed and the withdrawal process was overlooked. There’s also a possibility that a comment wasn’t added even though a reply was received from the woman.
