I assume staff sometimes introduce women they recommend, but is there any connection between the men's and women's tiers? (Of course, there'd be no point in introducing a Black-tier woman to a Standard-tier man, but would they ever recommend a Standard-tier woman to a Black-tier man?)

This is Maezawa from the president’s office answering. A recommended woman is someone the staff also genuinely like and feel they can confidently recommend to a male member. I don’t think it’s very common for a woman the staff really like to be in the Standard class. If they like her that much, she would probably be in a higher class. With that in mind, I don’t think we often recommend Standard women to Black men. On rare occasions, we might recommend a Gold woman with an exceptionally good personality to a Black man. That said, if a Standard man has asked us to let him know when a woman like that joins, we may recommend a Standard woman to him as well.
