クラブ活動歴だけは３０年以上と長いです。交際クラブの世界観は結構好きで楽しんでいます。60代後半になって大分以前とは活動内容が変わって来ていますが、まあ、楽しめる間は楽しもうと思っています。

Personally, unless I need to reschedule because of a funeral or something similar, I probably wouldn’t bring up that kind of topic myself.

You don’t need to give him any money,
you can’t send a condolence telegram,
and you can’t attend the funeral either.
